Young Chicagoland artists in grades 9-12 are encouraged to create pieces loosely influenced by the outsider artists Lee Godie, George Widener and/or Prince Twins Seven-Seven, while still expressing their own personal style and experiences. All mediums of two-dimensional art are encouraged for submissions.

When to submit: Friday, February 21-Friday, April 10
