Intuit’s Closet Clearance Sale is an annual fundraiser that includes thousands of new, gently-used, and vintage clothing and accessory items donated from Chicago’s best retailers, closets, manufacturers and designers. Offering all sizes (0-3X) for all seasons, the sale takes up the museum’s entire second floor space for a whole weekend.
Come shop ‘til you drop to raise funds for the museum! 100% of the Closet Clearance Sale proceeds directly support Intuit’s exhibitions, programming and educational initiatives that celebrate outsider art. Last year’s sale raked in more than $23,000 thanks to supporters and shoppers like you!
Intuit accepts donations of new, gently-used, and vintage clothing and accessories! Donations of clothing are tax-deductible, and each donor will receive a free ticket to the “First Dibs” pre-sale event. Intuit is not accepting donations of clothes and accessories at this time.
Most days of the Sale are free admission, but with a $25 charge (or donation of clothing before the event) you can gain special pre-sale entry ahead of anyone else!
